1 Warwick is the second development in London for Maslow’s, a co-working provider that offers a unique work/life user experience for both creating and unwinding. Set over six floors, 1 Warwick is home to beautifully designed workspaces, members’ lounges, event spaces, a studio and gym – as well as a rooftop restaurant and bar with sweeping views of the neighbourhood.
Set in Regency House, a Neo Baroque mansion, the building sits on the prominent corner of Warwick Street and Brewer Street in Soho. It has a Ground floor with the Members Entrance, bar and restaurant, five upper floors with combined uses and a rooftop terrace restaurant/bar.
The Interior Design studio Fettle Design worked closely with Denton Corker Marshall as lead consultant and architects undertaking the complete refurbishment of the existing building. Shadbolt were asked to collaborate on the project with fit-out contractors James Johnson & Co Ltd.
Shadbolt manufactured and supplied bespoke FSC® certified straight grain European oak veneered FD30 and FD60 fire resistant glazed doors and matching hardwood framesets featuring a stained and wire brushed lacquered finish to match the architect’s approved pattern; 32dB, 35dB and 37dB sound attenuating high performance door and frame assemblies were also supplied.
