Following the summer holiday period, September 2022 proved to be a busy month for everyone in the Shadbolt factory. Check the projects we have been working on over the course of the last month:
Barclays Bank, 2 Churchill Place, E14.
Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® factory spray paint lacquered FD30 fire resisting and 43dB sound attenuating doors and factory primed hardwood framesets; doors were factory spray paint lacquered in a Dulux “Wayside Inn” and “Urban Road” finishes; factory spray lacquered washroom cubicle doors and hardwood frames were also supplied in a variety of colours including: Dulux “California Copper”, ”Blackberry Farm”, “English Mist 1”, “Capri Rose”, “Narrow Lane”, RAL 1020 “Olive Yellow”, RAL 8000 “Green Brown” and RAL 6021 “Pale Green”.
Norwich Castle Visitors Centre, Castle Meadow, Norwich.
Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified crown cut American black walnut veneered FD30 fire resistant glazed doors with matching American black walnut hardwood framesets; 31dB and 33dB acoustic door and frame assemblies were also supplied in a factory spray lacquered “Grey Beige” RAL 1019 finish.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified straight grain European oak veneered FD30 and FD60 fire resistant glazed doors and matching hardwood framesets featuring a stained and wire brushed lacquered finish to match the architect’s approved pattern; 32dB, 35dB and 37dB sound attenuating high performance door and frame assemblies were also supplied.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified RAL 9005 “Jet Black” factory spray paint lacquered flush rebated doors.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® factory spray paint lacquered FD30 and FD60 fire resisting and 37dB, 42dB and 43dB sound attenuating glazed doors and factory primed hardwood framesets; doors were factory spray paint lacquered in a variety of water-based colours: RAL 7021 “Black Grey”, RAL 3005 “Wine Red”, RAL 5020 “Ocean Blue” and Dulux “Dusted Moss”.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified Alpi engineered walnut veneered FD30 and FD60 fire resistant glazed doors with matching stain finished hardwood framesets all in a water-based lacquers; 35dB and 43dB high performance acoustic door assemblies and RAL 9016 “Traffic White” factory spray paint lacquered doors with factory primed framesets were also supplied.

Manufacture and supply of bespoke FSC® certified straight grain European oak veneered FD30 and FD60 fire resistant doors and matching European oak hardwood framesets; Formica “White” laminated doors with solid European oak hardwood exposed lippings and factory primed hardwood framesets were also supplied.
